There are always going to be people who think you are wrong, no matter what. The best you can do is read up on various subjects and arm yourself with enough knowledge to at least know for yourself that you are right and have the facts to back it up. If someone wants to act like facts are subjective, there’s really not much you can do aside from reminding them that you’re entitled to your own opinion, but you’re not entitled to your own facts.

It’s also important to keep in mind that some people can not be convinced, I used to argue with religious fundamentalists all the time on here and pretty much stopped after they’d come back using the same arguments I soundly refuted months before. Now days I only do it when it’s something involving pushing laws into effect that are based on a religious belief/agenda that is harmful or restricts rights.
