New evidence - The CIA and MI6 were told before invasion that Iraq had no active weapons of mass destruction
New evidence has come to light that the CIA and M16 were fully aware that Iraq had NO weapons of mass destruction, yet we invaded Iraq anyway.
How many people lost loved ones, family, how many Iraqi civilians were killed? All because of a fucking ‘war-boner’.This isn’t new news. Hasn’t this been pretty common knowledge for the past, oh, decade?
It is new evidence in regards to this. It has been ‘common knowledge’ to people who pay attention to this shit, but ask your typical low-information (republican) voter about it, and they will act like Iraq had WMDs all along.
Also, (and this isn’t a personal attack, just an observation) - what is it about people that makes them want to go, “This isn’t news” when it comes to subjects like this?
I mean, yeah, there are people who know this and who “knew this all along”, myself included, but there are still plenty of deniers out there and the more the point is hammered home that this was all based on lies, the better.
