Because, nothing says “protecting the sanctity of marriage” like making what is supposed to be a lifelong commitment to someone that you have no interest in so that you seem more “socially acceptable”.

This is just stupid. Obama’s health care plan gives one more choice to everybody already covered and gives one affordable choice to those without insurance. It’s that simple, or at least it would be if the Republicans hadn’t mindlessly batted the legislation to death to make it acceptable. Also, since when does Michelle Bachmann care about choice?

P.S. This quote is real, unlike that one a few days ago, which was satire.
