Pretty much, but if you keep voting for the lesser of the two evils, the politicians being elected should become “less evil” over time as well.

if it is him, he would be over 50 years old.

Unless the game is set in the not so distant past, which is entirely possible. The voice actor sounds a lot like Ray Liotta, and the guy they show at 00:40 looks a lot like an older Tommy.

I could be wrong, but I REALLY hope I’m right!!!
